CARES Contribution from Market Technologies

Market Technologies, developer of VantagePoint Intermarket Analysis Software, recently made a financial donation to CARES, which stands for Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc.

Cares Logo Community Aging and Retirement Services Wesley Chapel, FL, March 5, 2008, – By 2030, the United States will have about 71.5 million persons 65 or older, more than twice the number in 2000. It stands to reason that aging and retirement programs and initiatives are a community necessity.

Market Technologies, developer of VantagePoint Intermarket Analysis Software, recently made a financial donation to CARES, which stands for Community Aging and Retirement Services, Inc., a charitable corporation that has been providing quality and caring health, social and supportive services for older persons and their families in West Central Florida since 1973. While the effort may have started modestly, CARES now has close to150 staff members and more than 500 volunteers. Services provided include adult day health care management, home health service, skilled Medicare services, and various other services.

The annual CARES benefit dinner February 28, 2008, was attended by Illyce Mendelsohn and Louis Mendelsohn, President and Chief Executive Officer of Market Technologies. This year’s dinner honored a local Pasco County resident, and all proceeds support home care for the elderly, senior centers and support services.
