Market Technologies has made a financial donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association

Wesley Chapel, FL, August 8, 2006 -- Louis B. Mendelsohn, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced today that Market Technologies, a privately-owned, Inc. 500, trading software company, has made a financial donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a charitable organization dedicated to aiding in the education and research of neuromuscular diseases that affect more than a million Americans.  Donations help fund local clinics that are used as follow-up care tools in the maintenance of quality of life for those suffering from muscular dystrophy. Donations are also used to maintain support groups, local summer camps, and worldwide research programs. “Muscular Dystrophy affects so many Americans every year, not discriminating based on age or race,” said Lane Mendelsohn, Vice President. “Market Technologies is proud to able to support the MDA in its on-going cause of research and education.”
