Compared to 2Q 2003 revenue, Mr. Mendelsohn indicated that "on a year-over-year basis 2Q 2004 revenue was 38% higher than the same quarter in the prior year".

Mr. Mendelsohn noted that "a record number of traders came on board as VantagePoint Intermarket Analysis Software customers in 2003. Now in 2004, we are receiving more inquiries about our software than at any time in the past". Mathews, Chief Operating Officer noted that "growth for the first six months of 2004 is 50% above the same period in 2003, putting us in excellent position to meet our annual revenue goal".
